The attentiveness of the engineer that came to fix the Dyson taps is what we are lacking of these days when providing any kind of service. Neil N. was helpful, listened to what the issue was, checked the taps in details until he established the actual issue. He then reported it to Dyson and organised the delivery of the parts in order to fix the taps. His approach was friendly, non-judgmental and with an intention to help.
