I ordered a small unit from eBay, to be shipped 20km across Sydney. I arranged for eBay’s ‘click and collect service’ for the package to be delivered to a local pharmacy to eliminate the risk of ‘no-one-at-home’ delivery failures. The seller provided me with a tracking number early the next day. 24 hours later the tracking number wasn’t recognised on the couriers tracking website (note - a week later it still wasn’t recognised in their website). A call to the original courier company (Fastway) informed me that they couldn’t help because they’d contracted the delivery out to Freightster. No contact details listed on Freightster’s website (red alert !!!) other than a form letter ( to which I’ve had no response). Don’t believe anything in their home page (24/7 customer support - 100% a lie) - The eBay seller has had about as much luck as myself too. So, almost 2 weeks later, for a 20KM delivery and, like most of the other reviews here, no package. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for your own sake, avoid dealing with this company and it’s affiliates, and advise and avoid purchasing items from any seller/outlet that uses this company and it’s affiliates for delivery. I rate this company as a 0 out of 5, but 1 is the minimum rating unfortunately.

I ordered a piece of Jewellery from Drawelry.co who used PFlogistics as their freight forwarder. It sat in their warehouse (via tracking no) from 29/11/22 and was delivered on 30/12/22. Their listed phone number goes to an overseas call centre in the Phillipines. I got no where trying to contact them either by phone, email or customer service help form. Any company or individual using this freight company BE WARE!!!!

Just as you thought Fastway were the worst courier, PFL says, hold my beer. I'd prefer to walk to the seller than to use PFL, it would certainly be quicker. As for customer service, there is none. The delivery truck with my parcel was stolen (somebody found all the parcel wrapping and let me know), listed as 'out for delivery' for a week. After many emails they finally replied that I should put a claim in to the seller (who they hadn't informed either)

ABSOLUTE DISASTER OF A FREIGHT COMPANY!!!!! Please do not use these people they are unable to deliver anything!!! Not to mention the unhelpful customer so called service. I did not receive my parcel because they are too LAZY to press a intercom to alert me if my order. Don’t waste your time on dealing with this company!!! ABSOLUTE FAILURE

FAILURE AS FREIGHT COURIER Absolute joke of a supposed freight/parcel delivery company, what can I say more poor customer service poor service overall, failure to reply to problems! Parcel STILL NOT DELIVERED and NO TRACKING. I do NOT understand WHY COMPANIES/SELLERS put their BUYERS though inept people like this company.
