Track Ninja Van Malaysia Packages & Parcels

I bought an eye cream via FB on cash upon delivery last month. Delivery guy was polite and knocked my door upon received the parcel then I passed him the cash. To my horror that the item was different from what I’ve ordered. Next day, I sent FB messenger and emailed Ninja Van quoted parcel reference number and sent some supporting screenshots details for the item ordered, item received and seller information. I told them it’s a scam and do not release payment to seller because the seller doesn’t response messenger and emailed returned show not valid account. I’m very pleased with Ninja Van customer service as they responded my email fast and assisted to verify with the other party within 3 working days. It seem no response from the seller and Ninja Van refunded me the payment the next working day. Lesson learnt never buy anything from non-trusted website especially from FB and Instagram. Good job and well done Ninja Van ! Keep it up 👏👏

When I found that my package(s) was being delivered by NinjaVan Singapore I got worried - given the poor ratings on Trustpilot. However, on the back of six successful deliveries between 31DEC2022 and 11JAN2023 from Amazon and other sellers, I have to say that I experienced no issues. All packages were delivered successfully without fuss.

My parcel with expensive items was delivered by Keith from Ninja Van Singapore. I am very impressed and thankful for his understanding and his friendly service he extended to me. So I hope that Ninja would appreciate a staff like Keith whom does a good job and upholds the image of Ninja Van Services.

Very Good service from USA to Philippines. I bought things from Amazon thrice and this company delivered the items early before the delivery date.
