Track Jordan Post Packages & Parcels

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this service. I cannot stress enough how unreliable and untrustworthy they are. I entrusted them with an item to send, and to my dismay, it was lost in transit. What's even more infuriating is their lackadaisical response - a simple "we don't know." In my opinion, this has to be one of the worst postal services I've ever encountered, and I've had the misfortune of dealing with quite a few. The level of disrespect from their employees is appalling. Communication is virtually nonexistent, and the indifference displayed by the staff only adds insult to injury. I strongly advise against using this service for anything valuable or important. It's clear that they lack the professionalism and responsibility required for handling people's belongings. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a more reliable service that values its customers and their possessions. Overall, my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would caution anyone against trusting them with anything of importance.

The staff of Jordan post are unprofessional and rude, I spent a week trying to call them and no one answer. When I talked to help desk they did not answer me. Jordan post is the worst. موظفي البريد الاردني لا يؤدون واجبكم كما المفروض، احاول الاتصال بهم منذ اسبوع ولا يردون على الهاتف مطلقاً. وعندما حاولت الاتصال مع الاستعلامات لم يرد ايضاً البريد الاردني هو الاسوء على الاطلاق.
