I ran into system problems when registering my account. I then also had strange "IBAN does not exist" problems for a bank in Malta. When I contacted customer service I expected the usual "computer says no" response that companies tend to give. Instead I received in depth help, with agents being tenacious is solving my problem.

Applied for An Post Credit Card, service was excellent and so fast. Card set up was easy. I would highly recommend.

I switched from Virgin Media to Post Mobile as the signal on the 3 network was bad in my area. Post mob uses Vodafone network and I am very pleased with reception now. I went to local post office and the lady there set up my account . Within about 3 hours I was able to switch from Virgin to Post mobile. Had to check with customer care how long it takes and Erica in customer care was so good and efficient that when I finished the call I was able to switch Sim cards and haven't looked back. Phone Signalis great and data speed is very fast. 15€ per month and first month is free. Thumbs up from me.
