The worst customer service I’ve come across so far. I have ordered from Victoria’s Secret which runs through EShopWorld for many years and last week was the first time I had a bad experience with this company. I received an order which had a hole in a pair of underwear. After emails back and forth trying to explain what the issue was, a customer representative by the name of ‘Ivan Vicente Cacho’ tried to tell me that my complaint is not with this company but with the company NEXT. Are these people unhinged?? I ordered from Victoria’s Secret and this is the company I was told to email, the confirmation email and dispatch email were from the Victoria’s Secret address but apparently the issue is with another company?? No form of refund or exchange was offered. This is the last time I order from this company, it’s no coincidence all the reviews are terrible on here.

My package was lost and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. The best part was the constant communication to ensure all went my way. Thank you to Karin for everything! Professional and courteous!

I ordered some items for my wife from their Victoria's Secret online store thinking that I would not find a better place to shop for this brand in my region. However, I was terribly wrong, because after a very long wait for the shipment itself, when I received it, it turned out that it contained only a small part of the order. I immediately contacted customer support believing that my problem would be quickly resolved. I was wrong again, however, as after waiting two days for a response, I was denied further assistance. They stated that my products had been shipped correctly, which I knew full well was a lie, and even if it wasn't, I don't want to believe that they made the effort to investigate my case. I finally know what I received and what I didn't. Are they really accusing me of lying about this case for such a ridiculous amount? They recommend contacting the carrier, who, as I have learned, cannot help me much, because the package was not damaged on delivery. My wife and I are sincerely disappointed and distraught by this turn of events. Online shopping has never been so stressful before. I do not recommend their service.

Bonjour très décu .Commander sur le site vs.J'ai un numero de suivi mais quand je vais voir sur le site ou en est ma commande car elle a du retard .il me marque désolé soit mon numero de suivi n est pas bon ou adresse mail lol .le numero de suivi le site victoria secret me la envoyer sur mon adresse mail donc l adresse et bonne et le numero c est celui qui mon transmis et pour leurs super contacte aller sur l adresse vs_ support ....c est n importe quoi .
