Track DHL eCommerce Packages & Parcels

Did deliver or attempt to deliver. A fabricated delivery history appeared long after the delivery apparently failed (I had a website failed, 500 error before that)

I used Global Mail Direct to ship an item from the US to UK and received within a week. Fantastic service and tracking was all clear. No issues at all.

Horrible company. They picked up a package 500mi away from me on Jan. 24th, after that all tracking ceased. I called the company and went through all the automated drama and in the end I was disconnected.

I ordered some items from the US and used Globalmaildirect (GMD) as the postal service to deliver to the UK. It was only after selecting GMD and paying for the service I saw all the negative reviews online, which got me worried. Since the item was sent by the remitter I was tracking the status to see how thier service actually was. Surprisingly, it went all well for me. The delivery status did change from days and I got my item in just over a week. After the item reaches UK, another delivery company called Yodel was used to deliver the item to me. With the same GMD tracking site, I was given a Yodel tracking number and I was using that to get my updates. All in all, not sure if I was the lucky one but GMD's service was pretty good without any flaws. This also got me thinking that there might loads of other people out there who have got their packages and not giving the positive reviews. I guess most people would only come to these reviews sites to prove a point and give a bad review for everyone's awareness. But in my case I thought people show be aware that there are also positives and GMD can deliver well. Hope this helps. All the best everyone !

I was skeptical at first because of all the bad reviews on this shipping site. However, I ordered something that used this shipping and it arrived two days early!!! Great shipping company! Don’t know why they have so many bad reviews.
