I think Citylink improve their service, at least in my area. Less than 24 hours delivery! Very good job! I am still in awe. Keep up the good service. 🥰

I was so worry after seeing so many bad comments & complain about Citi-link express services. Today I personal experience the service. Item ship from Ipoh to Kelang received in next day. That was awesome fast. The handling is superb. I definitely will support their service again. Thanks to all Citi-link crew members. Keep it up guys.

The Customer Services & Delivery Services is very bad. 8TH APRIL 2021: My parcel should be delivered on 8th April 2021, since my work place only allow City Link to access every Thursday. Unfortunately, my parcel have not yet arrived (inform by my receptionist). Then I call the Kota Tinggi services center but I need to call them couples of time to get through. So, I contact the seller, they say city link failed to send my parcel, they will proceed another attempt for the next day. 9TH & 12TH APRIL 2021: Next day, on evening I check again with my receptionist. They have not seen my parcel. So, I check with the seller. Seller informed me that the parcel already delivered by city link (base in the tracking system). Seller also show me the proof of delivery already cop by my company. Weird since I already just check with my receptionist. Next, I call the city link. Luckily today they respond with my call, so I ask them, to check my parcel. maybe the parcel got left behind but they say will check with the driver. The driver confirm that he already received the proof of delivery & informed he already send them to our company. So, I further check on my side. 14TH APRIL 2021: My company confirm that they have not received any parcel under my name. So, I call city link again for them to double check their warehouse or lorry. They respond was will check with the driver, unfortunately the driver was on his off day. So, I wait for the next day to confirm. 15TH APRIL 2021: No respond from the city link. They say will call back if anything but they never called. 16TH APRIL 2021: I direct call the driver if he could double check my parcel. Then, final city link found my parcel. That is the parcel was at the warehouse office due to my parcel got no tracking number on them, they got miss up with other staff tracking number also from the same company. City link informed will send the parcel by today. I received my parcel on 16th April 2021. The Points:- 1) Need to improve the call services center. 2) Improve the receiving (maybe need to be sign & check the tracking number correctly). 3) Need to double check upon customer request to check for their parcel. 4) Call back or follow up with the customer regularly. Overall: I'm not blaming anyone in this issue, since everyone have their wrong. I hope by giving this rate, city link need improve their services so that more customer feel peace knowing that they parcel is handling in good hand.
