Track Aramex Australia Packages & Parcels

In the past I have been pretty critical of Fastway/Aramex but in retrospect I believe that criticism is unwarranted. I have received two parcels on time and can only try to change the previous comments made. I have to admit I was never critical of Peter our local Aramex delivery man, but perhaps I should have had more patience during the covid crisis. I have to say though tracking is a bit wishy washy but I have learnt to not worry about Aramex tracking as long as the parcel arrives I could care less about the tracking information. As stated I have received two parcels before estimated time and at this time I believe Aramex are much better than the comments made previously. I am happy to report this and it would seem that Aramex are aware of their problems and are attempting to rectify them. Good luck Aramex for the future.

Hi my nis Josua and i live in the terry hills district the gentle man that does or area Emilio is the best honest respectful,He is good with animals we have giving him a nick name doctor do little he helped a green python that was on the road he pickied it up and put in a safe places he wasnt scared and that is what we love about him. he is always on time with or deliveries he puts them in a safe place and knocks on the doors to let us know he is the best that you guys have please dont take him off or district please yours Josua

Hi, I just wanted to give thanks to Brooke from Aramex Mackay for actually delivering my parcel this morning. We live on a property and she was able to drive through our gate and up the driveway to deliver it (would also have been as happy for her to just leave it at the letterbox) - it's an effort to get out, open the gate, drive through, close the gate etc twice just to deliver a parcel - it would take an extra 5-10 mins at least. The previous drivers we had would rarely do this. So thanks heaps Brooke, you made my weekend, not having to get into town unnecessarily. Wish all drivers would go the extra mile (literally, ha ha). The local fastway/amarex couriers in Tuggeranong Canberra have been great to me for over a decade. Hundreds of successful deliveries over this time from friendly long term couriers who follow all instructions. It seems a good local courier delivering the last mile makes a huge difference and I am lucky here. Not the fastest for deliveries but AP have been just as slow over the last few years, especially last few months anyway. Never sent anything with them.
