TP Link – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

On the 28th of Nov, I managed to get help successfully from Quinnell Qin after several days of trying to get my TPLink nbn router to work on an Optus network. Quinnell very patiently guided me on what to do to be able to get my router recognized by Optus, which by the way the Optus staff could not help me with.

I use TP Link devices since over 10 years now, early started with some UMTS Simcard local LTE routers. This company provides a great quality I can recommend their products.

Kinsey Nong managed to guide me to reset my Archer C80 successfully to broadcast both 2.4 & 5G band within 30min. My internet provider technician has set it on Smart Connect that broadcast only 5G and thus disabling my home cam that runs on 2.4G. Overall very happy with process and appreciate her patience.

I had some difficulty in setting up a TP-Link kasa smart hub, KH100. I believe TP-Link's website with this product could be better supported. However, a gentleman by the name of Luo Sloane was very helpful and provided me with valuable information which solved the issue I was experiencing. Well done!
