This is specific to Canadian Toys/Babies R Us. I havent had any issues in store or online. I open my packages when they arrive and verify quality and functionality. I contacted them as I ordered a 3 pack of Dr Browns bottles, but it only came with two bottles. They didn't even try to send me to a store, or sent it back... they took my word and provided a full refund for that item - which truthfully was beyond generous and beyond the resolution I had hoped for.

I have a very good experience at toys r us Mina zayed branch (UAE) the staff are very helpful especially a guy I think his name is “Will” he has professional attitude. And the cashier chariza is helpful as well. Best of luck

Toy’s R US I figured out how y’all should reopen y’all stores head quarters for Toys “R” Us I hope you get this message I figured out how to bring back y’all company and stores y’all should create gaming R Us where are y’all sell any electronics example Apple products Nintendo switch PS PlayStation Xbox LED light strips etc. please I hope to see this one day and that will make a lot of money because GameStop doesn’t really sell those things that people ask for that are gaming related but that’s not what I’m trying to say but well what I’m trying to say is that y’all should create a gaming store

I had the best return experience ever with Yomara at Toys ‘r’ us on W. Broadway. She was so professional, fast, and kind. It was so nice to have such great customer service. Its really hard to find. Thank you so much 🙂
