Easy to order and the parcel delivered the next day by Evri. The only reason knocking off a star is .. the website said 5%off for your order and even took my email to avail it but never got an email for the discount. The customer service team was not helpful too. Then I ordered the shoes without the 5% discount. But after the order the company is sending me emails after emails asking me to order with the discount… It took two days for your 5%discount email to come to my inbox. It would have been nice to see a small discount available from you as I am your regular customer.

Ordered womens Dr Martens with the fur lining. Got a good discount and boots received within a few days. So comfortable and warm. Would not hesitate to buy from this company again.
