Tomahawk Shades – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Be very wary with this company. Took forever to deliver my shades and were very shifty whenever I was able to get through to their so called 'customer services' department (which seemingly consists of 1 guy named Andrew). I needed to exchange the shades as they did not fit and was told to send them back to them first and then they would send the new pair. I ensured that I kept the proof of signature from tomahawk shades and even though I've sent them the record of this, they claim that one of their neighbours must have signed for them as they apparently "can't find the shades". I'm amazed that a company so unscrupulous is able to operate so brazenly in 2023.

Ordered and paid for glasses weeks ago but nothing delivered and Tomahawk say it's not their responsibility but carrier. App shows product landed in UK weeks ago but then never moved from London to my home 50 miles away. Joke ... Definitely zero carbon as zero delivery
