Toffs – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Hi, I recently popped into the Toffs store, with a previously purchased retro football top & exchanged no problem. I originally bought the top some time ago, tried it on, too small, but done nothing about it, just left it in the wardrobe covered up, with tags still on. Luckily I was travelling to the area where their store is, so I took the top in there, explained the situation, and they agreed to swap it for a bigger size. I was so happy they done it, as I mentioned to them as soon as I walked in, that I'm here in hope more than expectation. Having said that, the top in question was in immaculate condition, as it would be, being kept covered up. The ladies who dealt with me, took it away to examine it, which I entirely expected, then returned to honour the exchange. One of the ladies was head of exchanges, so she would've known for sure if it had previously been worn or washed.. Thank you Toffs Happy customer

What an absolute gem of a company. Visited their factory today and made a few purchases of retro football shirts and from the moment I walked in it was just a warm welcome. As a customer you always like to feel valued and it happens here, the staff are superb. Then the items they have just ooze quality. Seriously everything about TOFFS is just quality. I am over the moon with my purchases and will be back. Honestly why go anywhere else they have your needs at heart and unlike many other outfits they deliver Quality which translates into Value for money! TOFFS you are the best!

Ordered THFC ( who else ) by telephone as I don't seem to have much luck with on line ordering. Lady must helpful, took my order and payment, shirt arrived 2 days later. Looks to be top quality, haven't opened it yet, gift for son. Highly recommended.

Never written a review for anything before but 3rd purchase from Toffs now. Still as good as ever. Top quality garment, top quality promt customer service if you have a query, perfect fit if you follow the sizing guidelines (even for a slightly larger gentleman,like me!) .👍👍👍
