Time2 – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Nazia helped me get my notifications working in one simple phone call. I'd tried most things but she was friendly, professional and determined to help me. I'd not got my alarm set to on, so my notifications were going to the app but not coming through to my phone. Thank you Nazia for your help!

Time2 cameras and doorbell are excellent value for money, they are compact, everything works as advertised, the camera resolution and wide view is excellent. I am not very good with technology but Nazia at customer services was prompt with a reply to my question and I am confident help will be there if I need it again.

I needed help with my Oscar camera as it would not link up with the new broadband. Nazia walked me through the process and the issue was quickly resolved. She was very competent and professional over the phone.

When changing my Broadband supplier I had to reset and reconnect my cameras. 3 out of 4 connected without issue, the fourth would not. I contacted Time2 support and spoke to Nazia who was very helpful. It took a while to convince them that the camera was defective but they did replace it eventually.

I spoke with a lovely helpful staff member called Nazia. She was extremely polite, helpful and quick to reply to my question. This person is a credit to the company and we need more people like this in customer services. Keep up the good work Nazia. Thankyou for all your help. Gerry.
