Tillys – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I placed my order without much research because the jewellery looked great, I had no idea about the popularity and press. Then looked at reviews and wondered what I had done. I only had an hour to wait until the shipping label was confirmed, later that same day DHL notification came and delivery confirmed next day. Finally delivered 30 hours after order. That’s pretty good!!

Lexi greeted me and my daughter with the sweetest welcome and helped us find what we were looking for. She had the sweetest and most positive attitude and made sure to check on me and my daughter consistently. The store looked great and well put together. My daughter found a great selection thanks to Lexi. She was amazing!!

I was really touched by Tilly Sveaas customer service. I brought my first necklace from them and the chain was getting a little bit tangled up so I sent them an email, they very kindly offered me a replacement or a full refund. I was most impressed by this seeing as most other companies are so unhelpful when there is a problem. In the end I decided to keep my original necklace. But wanted to share my positive experience. It’s nice to know you are valued as a new customer. Thanks guys.

The Tilly's in Springfield Missouri was excellent. Merchandise was great, the store was well thought out and the workers were both extremely helpful and incredibly friendly. Being originally from California myself, I'd definitely shop at this particular Tilly's store again in the near future!!
