ThreeMain – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

This company has charged me several hundred dollars at this point and has not fufilled any ordered products! They refuse to give me a refund and won’t answer any of my emails! I am beyond frustrated and I want my money back!!!!

They charged me for a subscription in October, which I did not sign up for. I closed my account in 2020. I sent an email requesting a refund which went unanswered. Weeks passed, still nothing. More emails, no response. No refund, and no product. It is now 4 months later, and still nothing. I don't understand why they did this, but I want my money back.

Originally this company was great, sending environmentally friendly cleaning products every few months according to my desired subscription. However, my last subscription didn't arrive after months. I logged onto the site, they said they were having distribution issues and problems fulfilling their orders. I waited and sent an email to the individual listed to reach out to if you had inquiries/problems to request a refund and cancelation if my subscription. No response. They had already processed my credit card payment in the amount of 18.13. I then later went on the website to try to cancel my ongoing subscription that way after waiting months and receiving no product. At no time did anyone reach out to me and I reached out to them several times. Their website is still active and soliciting new customers. Very disappointing.
