Very good personal customer service. Had a few hiccups with an order but they resolve the issue relatively quickly. Issue was likely with shipment from a manufacturer. Wait times for orders can be slightly lengthy as they can come from abroad (European manufacturers) or straight from manufacturers, but if you're not in a huge hurry and prefer some of the lowest prices online, this is definitely a great way to go. Very good selection of performance specific products. 2 orders already and I will definitely be ordering again.

Great customer service! Ordered some coilovers and they happened to be out of stock, spoke with a few people and I ended up getting some other coils they had in stock .. They gave me a great deal and I'm extremely satisfied with overall performance. Will definitely be coming back ! A Big thanks to William and the 2 others I spoke to prior. Great team of guys

Whole experience was great. Shipping was faster than expected, and it was free! Can't beat that. Customer service rep I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, and answered all of my questions. I tried to purchase the same parts from two other retailers and they shipped them to the wrong address or didn't have them in stock to ship...Would buy from again.
