Denver literally worked all day trying to get me to my granddaughter in RDU. I was the victim of canceled flights, delayed and then delayed again flights on Sunday July 16. He informed me at all times during this reservation challenge that was exhausting for us both as most "found" flights had no seats. Still, he persevered and I finally got to my granddaughter by 3:00 am. The last problem was that the hotel had stopped shuttle service at 1:00 am. It was not easy to get a taxi at 2:30 am. That was not Denver's fault, however, it was the delays by the airlines that caused that problem. I am grateful to Denver. He gave me hope and a seat to get to RDU.
