It was easy to order the test online and I received it the next day. Easy to complete and clear instructions. Sent the test off and received the results just over 24 hours later. I asked for the lab report and this was sent over straightaway. Brilliant service, thank you

Full screen was ordered and dispatched the same day. Arrived the next and results were processed quickly. Good breakdown on the results and if further tests may be needed. Just 2 points to improve on, there was no message to say the test had been received. There is postal tracking so I could see it had been delivered but maybe an email or text from the clinic to advise that it’s been received with no issues. The instructions also say to write the time and date of the sample on the referral letter but there’s no space to do so. Contacted them and they advised to write this on the labels that go on the collection tubes
