Always a great experience … can’t recommend enough!

Made reservations a month in advance. Dallas has two airports in close proximity. Got to Premium Parking Spot day of flight (9/16) and realized it was the wrong airport. Was assured we could go to other airport and it would be covered with same reservation. Got to other parking spot (Parking Spot 1, Dallas Love Field) and they confirmed it was not a problem, and then additionally gave us a receipt to show the attendant for when we checked out. When we went to check out from return trip (9/18), attendant did not care, looked at first reservation barcode, took the second receipt that was supposed to fix the reservation, and still made us pay the regular rate to be able to leave. Paid twice for one reservation. We were very polite and yet she talked to us as though we were going to yell and argue, interrupting my husband to say, "You need to pay for this." She (attendant) was also on the phone with another issue and had no time to spare, so we paid the fee to get out of her way and go home. Update 10/19/23 - Customer Support and the Manager, Kevin, were very kind and, despite my having made the reservation with the wrong facility, refunded the higher charge.

The shuttle is one of the best things about this experience. You just give them a call and they swing by and pick you up. There is no hassle trying to find a space at the airport or the traffic getting in, you park at your spot and they drive you to the terminal and drop you off.

With a reservation it’s easy to get in to park. My car is always there when I get back ready for my journey home. Love The Parking Spot!

I went to Vegas for 6 days and left my car here. I chose covered parking because I didn't want any issues when I got back to my vehicle. I do not have anything negative to say. The shuttle picked us up within 3 minutes each time. Everything went well and I would park here again and again.
