The Black Tux – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

My wedding was 10/05/25 and I got the Plum Shawl Set from them. I gave The Black Tux a 4 out 5 because the fit of the jacket, pants, and white long-sleeve shirt was excellent, and both in-person and online customer service were outstanding. The delivery was also punctual, ensuring everything arrived as expected. However, I deducted one point because the latch used to tighten the pants was somewhat flimsy and broke off on the wedding day before the ceremony, which was an inconvenience. Despite this issue, my overall experience was highly positive.

My sizing is a little haphazard and OTR suits don't work and I don't need one often enough to buy. The Black Tux helped size me up, get a suit in time for two weddings and adjusted their standard timelines for a good return. Suits looked great, felt great, and pricing on point. Highly recommend.

Happy to leave these folks all the stars! Easy order, great fit, super super duper convenient and very reasonable rates. Had I known I would be given a great offer to buy / own the items I was only renting, I might have made a different choice but that is the only thing I'd do differently!

Great customer service and tuxedos looked great. If an item did not fit, they immediately sent another size. Email communication was excellent so deadlines could be met. Appreciated the ease of returning items.
