Paid a bit more for dual sim, bigger memory. Not much more than others were selling in excellent condition… Very happy with the service. Fast delivery!! Definitely would purchase from them again.

Couldn't recommend this company more! I had a bit of a bad experience, they sent me the wrong phone! However, when I went to deal with this (by calling them, they picked up instantly, no holding music or anything), the customer service team were fabulous (particularly Sarah, who I was corresponding with) and resolved the issue perfectly. They paid me the money for the return delivery, and they threw in a free power bank when they sent me the correct phone as an apology for the inconvenience. The correct phone arrived less than 48 hours after I sent back the wrong one (which is impressive given they had to wait until they received the return before sending it off) and so I couldn't be happier. On top of this, the phone I got (a pristine condition Pixel 7) looks brand new and has 100% battery health still. I wouldn't be surprised if someone just opened it and put it back in the box. Not a scratch anywhere. Given I got it for £200 less than they go for new, I'm extremely happy with this purchase. Even if things go wrong, the team sort it out with grace, and so I definitely recommend buying from this company. Refurbished is the way to go!

I was initially very sceptical about what “pristine” would be when ordering a galaxy tab a from TBPS. I needn’t have been, when I open the unbranded packaging and took out the tab from the bubble wrap, it was like new. It was pristine indeed. Absolutely cannot fault it for £89 for LTE and wi-fi connectivity. It was like getting a new device Time from ordering to receipt was first rate, and TBPS kept me informed (even maybe too many mails) I would not hesitate in recommending them at all if you want slightly older tech in decent condition there are a lot to choose from. Certainly one of the better companies I have dealt with for recycled tech. I will definitely use them again. Now if they had a MacBook Pro……….
