At the first sign of massage issues, Sarah Vollmer (Customer Support) diagnosed and sent a replacement unit that was installed and brought the seat back to life. Her empathy, follow-up and overall interaction was extremely professional but tempered with a personal touch. This follow up was as easy and pleasurable to work through as the initial purchase made late last year. It is very seldom I experience the same personal follow up from a customer service perspective that ws given at the point of purchase. We bought a 12 seat Diesel XS950 setup for one of our clients and the result was great. The functionality, leather and overall quality of the seats turned out to be excellent.
