Customer service is also exceptional - we lost one of my wife’s earrings and the team made us a single replacement.

Very good customer service I bought the chain ring last year and after a while the chain was a bit loose due to the adjustable ball. I asked for repair for a fixed size. They kindly accepted and took care of everything even though I have to send back from Ireland. They fixed the ring and even tightening the diamond for me. All the communication was done through email and I have received the ring from DHL and now it looks like a brand new ring. Especially thank you to Rachel and people working in the workshop!
