The Adventure Challenge – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered this as a gift for my husband for Christmas, but knew it was going to be a little late coming in. We do a family vacation for Christmas and we were out of town when package was delivered. Once we got back I realized I didn’t have a package even though it showed delivered it wasn’t there. I sent an email to the company and the first steps were for me to check with my neighbors and my local post office to see if it was put in the wrong box/delivered to wrong house. My guess is someone stole it from the box, but I never received the package. Ana was my customer service representative and we realized the address was wrong so once that was changed I paid shipping and handling and was mailed a new order. I received that order in a timely manner and Ana checked in with me through the process to make sure everything was good.

Wrote a review 27 December at 1 star. Delivery got lost (seems like many do based on the reports here)…yet today provide 5 stars. Average 3 stars across the performance seems fair. Equally to be fair, once The Adventure Challenge see your correspondence or review here, a long lasting and positive outcome occurs. The products are very good. Andrea in customer service is obviously 5 stars…I guess once Adventure Challenge can utilise a reputable delivery company, regular 5 star reviews will be the norm.

I lost my first order in the mail, no ones fault was just unlucky, and around Christmas Ana was absolutely amazing in sorting out my problem and can’t thank her enough she sorted everything out and sent and new order and was very kind the whole time! I ordered the adventure challenge for couple as a Christmas gift and now it has arrive couldn’t be happier Very high quality book and packaging, the challenges are fun and my girlfriend are I are spending evenings doing different dates than we have before Overall great customer services and a great product, would defo recommend for a Valentine’s Day or birthday gift Yeah super happy

Had a great customer service experience, I made the mistake and they rectified it. I now have 3 of us having adventures apart (due to distance) but together in the instructions. Plenty to chat about. Thanks Trixie
