AA Loans – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

My call was dealt with swiftly, polite and prompt. Stuart arrived, dealt with the problem in less than 10 minutes, was very efficient sorted the problem with no fuss and explained what he was doing. A real cheery nice guy! (The world would be a better place if everyone treated customers the same) Great service couldn't fault it.

Initial call out was a reduce truck which could not gain access to my van. Called AA again and they sent a mechanic, Ben. Ben assessed and identified the problem. He then went for the parts and proceeded to do the required repairs. All completed within 3 hours including going for the parts. Very professional and friendly man.

Wow what great service from the AA today, 7th July. Spoke to a lovely lady, she sent registration of AA van to help me and stay safe Kieran was brilliant fixed the problem, and followed us for a while to make sure we were OK, couldn't thank them enough

WOW incredible roadside assistance. Got me on the road again with a temporary fix for my cooling system. An hour and a half spent with full attention to detail and checking all was okay for me to continue safety to get home and onto a mechanic for a permanent fix. Explaining everything clearly to me as he carried out the procedures. . I’ve used other breakdown services before over the years and never had this in-depth help. Couldn’t thank him enough.

My car broke down on the M6. Kevin was very helpful and was able to get to the bottom of the issue straight away. The issue being a coolant leak leading to the engine overheating. He drove behind me all the way to Manchester constantly refilling the coolant every 20 miles or so until we got back. He made me feel at ease and is a top professional.
