No problems with multiple orders placed for different types of ski gear. All arrived in the time stated on the shipping order. I have been using this store for about the past 7 years to buy ski equipment for my family. Never had an issue

Even though FedEx lost my son's New Skateboard & wouldn't fix it, The-House Crew (Chase), was totally apologetic and offered a Brand New Board at the lower discounted rate without hesitation. While I can say I'm not much of a fan of FedEx, Chase & The-House Crew are TOP NOTCH in Service, Professionalism, and taking pride in their customers. Needless to say, The-House is now our Family Fan Favorite company for Life!

Ordered a snowboard with bindings and boots 3 days before Christmas and then ordered helmet, gloves and goggles the next day and both orders are going to arrive the day after Christmas. Well, wish I'd checked these reviews before I purchased, because my story is the same. I purchased what was advertised as a ski + binding kit. When it arrived ... no bindings. Surely they'll make it right? Nope. Can't get through to support. Phone, chat, contact form ... forget it. They decided customer service isn't important. UPDATE: I am changing my review from 1-star to 4-star. I tried by phone again, and managed to get through (after 2 hours). The rep I spoke with was friendly, acknowledged the issue, and followed up today to let me know they found a set of the bindings that were left out of the initial shipment, and expedited them to me. Docked one star because this was only possible after weathering a brutal 2-hour hold.
