Rang to cancel as yearly subscription was going up by nearly 90%. Busy line on a Monday morning with long wait but answered eventually. Polite operator who was happy for me to cancel but offered a very good deal for the coming year. Pleased with the response.

I lost my account

Phoned to cancel after what is widely reported on here as daylight robbery in terms of price hikes (£8.67 per month to £12.99 in my case). The phone was answered after one ring, a polite and helpful representative put me on a reduced deal for 6 months. I can't say I'll stay subscribed at the end of the 6 months but equally I can't say I had anything but a great experience when I called to cancel. I do agree with other reviewers that it shouldn't be necessary to have to call to cancel though, if you can subscribe online you should be able to cancel online, any offers could be included as part of the online cancellation journey.
