Talbots – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

A few months ago, I bought a jacket, size ‘m’ petite, at Talbots in Market Mall. I liked it, but felt that it was a bit skimpy since I am not a petite woman. Wanted to exchange it for a regular size, but couldn’t find a receipt. The jacket was sitting in my closet with a tag still attached. Yesterday, I was in the store and saw the same jacket in a regular size, tried it and liked it more. Was lucky enough to run into a sales person Ese and explained her my situation. She found out that I purchased the jacket in February, and even though it was more than 60 days since my purchase, (longer than the company policy allows for exchanges and returns) she asked the manager and got a permission to exchange it for me. I went home to pick up the jacket and Ese completed the transaction! She was so pleasant and went an extra mile to satisfy a customer! I am also very grateful to her manager that I didn’t even see. Both of them understood the importance of having a satisfied customer! They made my day!

I love this store. The merchandise is always excellent quality. It is very classy, contemporary and timeless. My favorite location is Edmondson Rd. The ladies there go out of their way to assist and accommodate me. Regardless, of the sales person they all know my sizes and my preferences. All of them are always make me feel welcome. They are all cheerful and delightful and more than willing to help. The store including the dressing rooms is always well stocked, neat and well maintained. It is always a great experience to shop at this Talbots location. Thank you, ladies and happy 2024!

I visited store Talbots on September 30 at Old Orchard in Skokie to buy few clothes. The service was courteous from the start and efficient. Ewa was the one helped me and she was amazing. She was very polite, truthful and had a good eye for detail. I highly recommend this store and in particular the person Ewa.

I had exhausted all efforts in finding appropriate clothes for a funeral I had to attend the following day. Just at closing I sneaked into Talbots Factory Store in Manchester, VT, where I was helped by Joyce. She had supreme people skills & knew the inventory well. Within 15 min. I walked out of the store completely set with a beautiful, versatile outfit that I can wear many times more. Joyce has, "the stuff," that all customer service reps should have. She was extremely patient, but professional at all times. I am very lucky to have found Joyce right in my time of need. She is a top-notch asset to Talbots, & deserves to be highly acknowledged! Because of Joyce, I will return to this store again & again. She is a 5-Star employee!

I had to return some items that I had ordered online at Talbot’s in Horseheads, NY. I paid for my purchases with my PayPal account. When the return was completed a small portion of my refund went back to my Pay Pal account while the majority was returned in store credit. JULIE DICKSON, sales manager of the Horseheads store tried several times to make the adjustment, called two different reps to help, and spent nearly one hour straightening it out for me. And throughout it all she was very polite and had a big smile on her face. She should be commended for her persistence in this matter. And I appreciate it very much as I needed the money to be put back into my account. Thank you JULIE DICKSON.
