I recently purchased a phone and plan at T-mobile in Alabaster Alabama. Benny Alvarado was awesome. He was so helpful and very nice. I was originally told they didn’t have the phone I wanted so I reluctantly chose another phone I didn’t like as well since I didn’t have time to wait on a phone to be shipped. Benny went in the back and found one last phone of my choice hidden in the back. He had so much patience when I couldn’t remember my different passwords and had to restart set up twice. He was kind and very courteous during the whole process. I love my service, plan and internet. I would highly recommend this company and this employee

I have been stuck in At@t hell for my internet service. I switched to t mobile and I'm so happy with the service. Chelsea set up the new modem, when I came home I plugged in the power and it was already set up and working great. So happy with my new set up. Thank you
