Having bought a lot of swimming gear from this company over the years I too was impressed until I wanted to return an item. Item was zoggs predator goggles. Very expensive ones. I have bought these before with no problem, however as usual once a product gets popular the quality goes down. They leaked like from first use. Of course when it came back to returning, reply was oh no you've used them. If they were a cheap aldi special understandable, however. I will not use this online company again , nor will I recommend them as I have in the past to many other serious swimmers. Very disappointed 😞 considering the price, plus being a great customer. Go elsewhere

I bought new goggles from Swimmer.com.au for my very first ocean swim. I kept them in the package until the morning of to ensure they were good to go! I did the swim and somewhere between finishing it and getting home, one lens had fallen out. I couldn't find it anywhere and was so disappointed as they were great Speedo goggles. Any other faulty items I've had, the company just requests a photo of proof and they refund or replace. I took clear photos of them then put them in the bin. I didn't think for a moment that they would want them back to replace the lens or resell. When I sent the photos and explained what happened, who I now know is the owner, replied and said that I had to return the item so that they could assess them - despite me sending clear photos. When I explained my honest mistake, she showed no understanding or care and said 'I don’t know of anyone who throws a product away and then expects a replacement or refund, that’s not how the world works.' I am almost $70 out of pocket, have no product to show for it and have shopped at Swimmer.com.au 3 times. I asked for goodwill to be expressed here to an honest and returning customer to which the owner, denied. I am so disappointed. Not only is the owner not caring for a returning customer, but she's been very rude and offensive and I have a family to provide for and cannot be out of pocket like this because of a faulty product. I understand now that there is a policy about this but obviously I acted before I'd read the fine print. An honest mistake, and one I won't make again - that's for sure! If the owner could please reconsider a refund and to show some understanding of this situation, I would be most grateful.

Good experience until a return & refund is requested. Incorrect suggestion is given as well. Their sale price is higher than other shops, do some research. First online shop I shopped in years do not offer refund when the goods is returned. And I shop a lot. No way you can spend the exact credit offered either purchase another expensive item or someone might just forget their 'credit' after months I don't understand if this kind of return policy is allowed without a refund option to customer.

These people are fantastic! Good products, price and exceptional service … and the speediest delivery I’ve experienced.
