Swarovski – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Excellent service and shout out to Paul at the Bullring store in Birmingham. We are long standing customers. Explained issues with discoloured stones in jewellery gifted as a present. Did not have receipt available but after explaining that jewellery was only used occasionally and stored in box as recommended were really disappointed at the situation. He used his discretion and was able to replace the set with a similar set instead of a refund which would not have been anywhere near sufficient to purchase something similar. Refreshing to see someone treating customers as individuals and wanting to retain them as customers by treating them equitably. Huge thanks to Paul and Swarovski.

Laut Beratung im Store leider nur Ringgrößen in 3er Schritten und nicht wie bei anderen Mitbewerbern in 2er Schritten erhältlich. Das macht den Ringkauf nicht einfacher, besonders wenn man den Ring verschenken möchte! Und auch wenn man bedenkt daß ein Ring mehrere Hundert Euro kosten kann. Kein professioneller Stab (Ringmaß) im Store vorhanden. Wäre vielleicht hilfreich. Die weiße Verpackungskartonage in der das roséfarbene Schmuckkästchen mitgegeben bzw. geliefert wird versprüht eher Kaufhausflair und passt nicht zum exklusiven Image von Swarovski. Das könnte schöner sein. Beratung im Store sehr nett und serviceorientiert!

Excellent service from the Cardiff store yesterday, efficient and friendly staff when returning an item for exchange, can’t thank them enough.

Every single experience has been taken seriously. Once my new earrings have me an allergic reaction so I got an exchange with anything I could choose within the price I paid. Really quick and professional dealt. Another time my parcel from the evri got stolen, they refunded me my amount paid. They’ve always been super helpful. One bracelet has a scratch and I asked the sales person and she said they can swap it with a different one. You can’t fault them, I will keep coming back for more beautiful pieces! They are truely professional and high class to deal with.
