Da der bestellte infrarot Futternapf auf Grund der Fellfarbe meines Katers, (schwarz ) nicht optimal funktionieren konnte wurde mir vom Kundenservice der einfach, schnell, hilfreich und kompetent zu erreichen ist, eine perfekte Lösung angeboten. Ich bin begeistert, wenn man bei Unternehmen und Problemen eine Telefonnummer hat und da auch Menschen erreichbar sind und helfen. Ich würde 10 Sterne geben, so sind es nur 5. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 die Höchstzahl

Na een probleem met het kattenluik heb ik diverse keren telefonisch contact gehad met de klantenservice van dit bedrijf. Het duurde even voordat het 'lek boven was', maar iedere keer dat ik belde werd ik zeer klantvriendelijk geholpen. Alle medewerkers waren zeer behulpzaam, geduldig, kundig en vriendelijk. Ook werd zonder verdere kosten een onderdeel van het kattenluik opgestuurd om het probleem op te lossen. Behalve dat ze een prima product verkopen is de service als er problemen zijn dus ook uitstekend.

This is the second purchase. I have just had to replace my smaller cat flap as have just adopted a much larger cat so purchased the pet door for large cats and small dogs. The only concern/suggestion is that the door should be designed to recognise the microchip when the animal goes out for the first time. Instead this product requires the animal to come in from the outside to register the chip. Its proving difficult as getting the cat to go out for the first time through the flap is easier than him going outside and then having to come back in from outside. So far I haven't been able to store his microchip as a result. This wasn't a problem with my first purchase 7 years ago. Sometimes its best to keep everything simple. Also the batteries are on the side which will mean I have to dismantle the cat flap each time I replace due to the size of the door panel. Batteries on the top or bottom are easier. The staff at the call centre remain as ever helpful.
