SureFit – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I didn't realize until my package arrived that I accidentally ordered the wrong style of slipcovers. I had to request an RMA and when I received it, I promptly shipped back my return via UPS. I waited almost two weeks for a credit to show up on my AmEx account before I called their customer service. I was told that they did receive my return, but it could take up to 30 days for the credit authorization. WHAT? WHY?! I will NOT be ordering directly from them again...and it's been over 30 days since I returned my items. I'm checking my AmEx account every day. Very frustrated with their poor customer service.

We ordered 3 different styles of covers to see which one was best. We knew that we would be charged for the return cost. Sent 2 back and kept 1. Followed their instructions to return. Did not hear from them so sent an inquiry on October 9th. They replied back that processed returns will be 30 days, not including weekends. It is now October 25th and still no credit issued. This is terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

Ordered two sofa slipcovers and paid through AmazonPay. I got confirmation days and days later that AmazonPay had gone through but did not receive any "your order shipped" notice from Sure-Fit OR even a confirmation of purchase, strange. Fortunately, the box showed up a few days later. Slipcovers are adequate, nothing special, and the postage is a bit steep so probably won't order from them again. AND once you order you will get daily email advertising, so beware. Unsubscribe is your friend.

Excellent Store. I am very satisfied with customer service and the item delivered in good condition. I will reorder here soon. Highly recommended!

all items weren't shipped in package so I contacted them to receive the item. I was told I would have to wait a week or more..to receive it! I paid shipping and handling to receive ALL items by a certain date. They made a mistake now I have to wait. I gave one star for the poor service and another because I actually do like the merchandise.
