I placed an order 1/23/22, after 2 weeks there was no status change on the order, on 2/5/22 I sent an email asking, "When would my order be shipped?", I received an email back saying Case Number: 00843885 Through our initial review of your case, we do not have all the required information to allow us to complete your request. Could you please reply directly to this email providing the missing information requested below? I have sent an email to the Special Order Team. I will follow up once I get reply. Once the required info is provided, we will do our best to complete your request as soon as possible. It didn't appear my order went through, unless I provide the requested information....which I didn't know what that was, so I cancelled it, to go through the proper steps.... 2nd order... I filled the out special request form, then I receive an email ... Hello, Case Number: 00851297 This is not a special order item, it is a dropship item. You will need to place your order via the website. I replied, saying I ordered from the website and was told it was special order, Which is it? Then I received this email.....Case Number: 00851297 The previous order you placed was in our system and processing when you requested the order to be cancelled. When an order is shipping directly from the vendor, our special order team is the direct link between customer service and the vendor. Which is why the rep you were working with reached out to them for an ETA. You requested to cancel the order and again the rep had to reach out to the special order team to do so. However, the item is not a special order item, just ships directly from the vendor. Be advised when ordering direct ship items, we asked you allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery, as we do not know what their stock availability is.
