I had excellent customer service from Styletread when I accidentally printed their return label and stuck it to my ASOS return parcel instead. I emailed Styletread asking if they could return my ASOS bag and that I was willing to pay for postage. They asked me to send them the ASOS return label and they forwarded my parcel for me and kept me updated by email. I thought I lost $200+ worth of ASOS refund but their customer service was excellent and I couldn't thank them enough. I buy all my shoes at Styletread ever since 2013 and I love their easy return.

I've ordered many pairs through Styletread over the last few years, and I've never been disappointed. The quality of the shoe will, of course, always depend on the brand that you buy but I've always been happy with the items I've ordered. Delivery is always extremely fast in my experience, and their customer service is fabulous. Highly recommend!
