I’m putting three stars initially as my issue is fairly recent and will edit accordingly. I placed an order for the Stokke x bonbpoint pram with accessories, totalling £608 so not the cheapest of prams but as I’m due to take my little girl away in the next couple of weeks, it was the best fit for our needs and I do love Stokke products. I placed the order on 27th February, which was processed the same day and sent out for delivery. On 1st March (which I’ve just been told by DPD) they tried to deliver but as nobody was home they sent my package back to their depot and subsequently lost it. On 4th March I called DPD to find out where my parcel was only to be told they have lost it and their terms state that I must contact the seller, Stokke as they are the only ones that can deal with a claim. I did this immediately through the website and did get an auto-acknowledgment email with a case number but that’s it. Today (5th March) after not receiving any further info, I contacted Stokke through their social media platforms. In all fairness, they could well still respond through those platforms but with no number to call, it’s worrying they might not. On the off chance my parcel would be found, I contacted DPD again and they just didn’t care at all. In fact they cared so little that by the end of the call, the agent stopped speaking to me completely so I had no choice but to hang up! The only thing they confirmed was that Stokke had not been in touch with them. So in essence I’m now in a position whereby DPD have lost my parcel and aren’t willing to do anything about it and Stokke, having been paid, are almost impossible to get hold of for them to help me get my pram. And to top it off, I don’t have the funds to pay for a temporary pram for my little girls first holiday. Right now I’m feeling devastated and really frustrated that I’m running around trying to fix a problem that I haven’t caused. I’m leaving this review here in the hopes that someone can help me quickly. Edited: just a couple of hours after leaving this review, I had an email from Tom who had managed to track down the parcel to a drop shop where it had just been left. He also sent me all the tracking details that I couldn’t get from the DPD website. I never would have found the parcel without Toms help. So absolutely 5 stars for Stokke but if I could give DPD 0 stars I would.

J'ai commandé un pack chaise haute Tripp Trapp avec baby set et coussin suite à un pot commun pour la naissance du bébé d'un collègue. Le produit a été livré en deux parties : la chaise est arrivée très rapidement, le reste s'est perdu. J'ai contacté le SAV et j'ai été mis en relation avec le "French Consumer Care Stokke" qui a répondu sous 48h. Un autre colis m'a très vite été expédié et tout est arrivé en excellent état. Mon collègue est très satisfait de la qualité des produits.

J'ai acheté une chaise Stokke Steps il y a un peu plus d'un qui répond parfaitement à mes besoins. Vu le prix, c'était attendu :) J'ai voulu écrire un avis car il y a une semaine, j'ai essayé de baisser le repose pieds et cela ne fonctionnait pas suite a un défaut. La vis était bloqué dans l'écrou du pieds. J'ai donc contacté le service client avec une petite video montrant le problème et en moins d'une semaine après ma demande, simplement avec 2 emails, j'ai reçu les pièces nécessaires (même trop) afin de solutionner mon problème. Je souhaitais donc laisser un avis pour montrer ma satisfaction du service après vente.

J ai fait une commande de lit sleepi. Problème d envoi dû à la poste en non stokke. Une partie du lit en attente. Gros coup de panique en voyant les avis mais ça a été. Pour moi difficilement joignable par téléphone ça oui mais plainte par mail et tout à été résolu. Réactif.

Bonsoir je tenais à mettre juste un avis pour dire que le Sav Stokke a été à la hauteur pour le changement de châssis de la poussette suite à un rappel. Prise en charge rapide et bonne communication. Merci
