Stelly – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Working at Stelly was just as bad as shopping there—completely unprofessional on every level. The clothing quality is terrible, and their so-called return policy is borderline illegal. From what I experienced as an employee, I wouldn’t take their clothes even for free. The company prioritises profit over both staff and customers. Avoid them at all costs—I wouldn’t work or buy there again under any circumstances.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an express order over a week ago and it has not even shipped! Wrote to customer service and they literally don’t get back to you. They also delete comments off their social media pages.

I have made my order since 2 days without confirmation ,I have sent them email and message on Facebook let them know etc.. cause want to cancel my order cause mistakes about my order . Nobody is answering,only automatic request .they saw all my message but not answering And FORTUNATELY I RECEIVED MY ORDER TODAY 14/11/22 ,WAS SO QUICK THE ONLY THINGS IS THEY WASN’T ANSWER

I have ordered from Stelly multiple times, and have always been happy with the items I have received. Unfortunately, in my latest order, the playsuit I bought arrived with a broken zip. I emailed Stelly enquiring about a refund and received a response asking me to send a photo of the damage so that they could determine if it was cause for refund, as they only give store credits for items bought on sale or with a discount code. I sent a couple of photos in response and was told to send the item back to receive a full refund, and if I wished that I could also include my postage receipt to received a store credit for the amount. I sent the item back, and within 2 or 3 days of Stelly receiving it, I was refunded the entire amount I paid for the playsuit and the return postage. Their customer service was very prompt and helpful.
