Stellar Kitchenware – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Our really quite old set of Stellar saucepans started having problems with the handles and, noticing they say on the bottom that they have a lifetime guarantee, I tried emailing the company although not really expecting much. I'm glad I did because they turn out to have excellent customer service and they really do stand behind the "lifetime" part! I don't often leave reviews, things have to be brilliant or terrible before I do, and you can see from the 5 stars which this was :)

They were really quick to respond to my emails and no fuss with a guarantee claim, very happy.

I contacted customer service this morning about a small issue on one of my frying pans. A lovely lady called Rachel promptly responded and sorted out a replacement. Highly recommended service.
