I had an issue that required customer service, and was working with Shakira. She is an absolute delight, she had a quick understanding of my issue, and handled everything quickly and smoothly. Steiner should be proud to have such a strong employee.

Mathew went above and beyond. I would give him a 5 plus many more stars if I could. I was unhappy with a slightly damaged signed print and his customer service was so satisfying that I would have no problem ordering again and again. I can tell you right now that it’s only because if his quick responses that made me totally satisfied with outcome.

Shakira helped me. Had an issue with delivery of my order of three items. I actually laughed out loud when problem was solved in felt like seconds. First time ordering from Steiner and thanks to this customer service it won’t be my last. I felt like I knew Shakira by end of call.
