Between the time I spent waiting on the phone to one of your representatives and an extensive amount of questioning about the ring purchase, I became very discouraged with the approach you use. I do not plan to deal with your company again. Your representatives need to be trained better!! I received a call from Billie, a customer service supervisor, to address my experience with Stauer. She was very helpful and I went ahead and ordered a ring. I do appreciate the way she handled my original experience.

I was gifted the 1920s Retrograde Watch last year. I had my doubts about it, as I usually don't wear quartz watches. But it works on your favor here. It's reasonably accurate without a sweep second hand and fun to watch at 1159 to 1200.
