I recently booked a furnished apartment in Berlin with Spotahome. I really like that my booking does not require us to pay an upfront deposit for the apartment, which is very practical to us. With the support from spotahome team (Claryn and Carmen), the booking and vetting process went smoothly.

My experience with Spotahome was overall positive, I find the website very clear and transparent, especially useful if you do not have the chance to see the place before moving-in. The communication with Joanna was useful and quite fast. I would recommend it to other people.
