Somnishop – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Avoid at all costs. They purport to be a UK site but they’re not because they ship from Germany. The snore guard I paid £45 for is nothing more than a cheap mouth guard I could have got else’s for a few pounds. Completely unfit for purpose and not as described. Cheap and flimsy. It cost me £13 to return to Germany and although unopened I had to get PayPal to intervene to get me my supposed money back guarantee, tracked delivery said it reached them but they said had never received it. Avoid!!!

I had issues with my order and sent multiple emails to this company with no reply. I tried calling their helpline on multiple occasions - different days, different times - always engaged. Now I have a useless product and no way of resolving the issue. Over 2 months later, I give up!

I have just placed another order to somnishop.co.uk, a German company specialising in CPAP equipment. They are VERY good. The products are legit, very competitively priced, delivery is quick and everything arrives in good order, without excess packaging. I recommend to anyone looking for a new, maybe different type of mask etc. There is a fair, clear returns policy if required. They also sell other relevant items, like special cleaning fluid, Cpap pillows etc. Definitely a five star company.
