Snap Pages – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The absolute worst customer service. They shutdown my account because they were upgrading their system; the notification landed in my junkmail. I lost alll my data and materials, can no longer access my account, and despite this they continue to charge my credit card--the information for which I cannot remove, because I cannot access my former account or the new one they continue to charge me for. I have twice reached out to customer service using the email given for support, and have received no response for two weeks. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

I prefered Snappages when they were more customer oriented. They are now just focused on monetize. Customers are not relevant. I stopped my account with them. Will never go back.
