I ordered a collage photo mug and a pack of personalised playing cards. After placing my order I happened to see the dismal reviews and was quite concerned. But the mug arrived after 4 days, and was great. The pack of playing cards has just arrived 8 days after placing my order, and they are perfect as well. Very happy with what I've received. Done four photo books now and quite happy with efficiency of delivery. I was a bit disappointed with the last book as the background colours chosen were not always what the colour samples showed (yellow came out as orange, orange came out as red and light red came out much darker.)
