Smithers of Stamford – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Great table. Solid and well made, arrived as expected. Chairs never arrived. I emailed and no one ever got back to me. I have called numerous times and left messages. No one gets back to me. Customer services have definitely let this business experience down. I'm out of pocket £195 and am hoping this review gets them responding.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with an order, and Emma responded very quickly. I'd have no doubt ordering from them again.

We ordered from this company and unfortunately our table got damaged in transit, I got on the phone to them immediately, they was very friendly and sorted out another table to us within 3 weeks. I would definitely buy again and highly recommend them

Sold me goods from their website which they didn’t even have in stock, waited 3 weeks still nothing except empty promises, they wouldn’t explain why they sold goods that they didn’t have, whist pleasant communication really disappointing and frustrating
