SMEG DE – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have multiple SMEG appliance (kettle, mixer). The product is aesthetically good but unfortunately it does not last long. Both product stop to work in less than 2 years. It's unfortunate that when issue is brought up to the company, they would ALWAYS say they can't do anything because it's beyond the 1 year warranty. I just want to help others and thing twice before paying the pricy SMEG products. It's not worth it.

We had a SMEG kettle and toaster both only lasted two years . We contacted SMEG about any warrant and we’re told they only cover for one year. We are very disappointed in customer support and the quality for the over priced products. We have had a lot of other manufacturers that cost a lot less last many years and have giving them away and are still working.

ADVARSEL!! SMEG!! Hold dig langt væk fra SMEG produkter. Vi returnerede for nyligt en elendig, men meget dyr brødrister, som ristede ringere end den gamle, til en ottendedel af prisen på SMEGS Kina bras! SMEG har et pænt design, men ikke egnet til anvendelse i praksis. Det vil være vanskeligt, at finde et ringere produkt til bare en fjerdedel af prisen på SMEG. SMEG er som en Ferrari med Trabantmotor! 😡😡😡😡😡

My kettle lid broke not even 2 years after date of purchase and when I contacted the company they said there was nothing they could do unless I had proof of having more smeg appliances. Then they would be able to assist.

I'm updating my original review of 'poor'. We bought a Smeg Portofino range cooker in orange model CPF9GPOR. It arrived with a serious fault that came and went. Smeg sent out an engineer four times but couldn't fix it. Eventually, Smeg UK agreed to swap-out the cooker for a brand-new one. My initial review was negative as, initially, a Smeg Customer Service rep suggested it was our fault. But, after they investigated, they organised an exchange without any issue. We're now happy, good service.
