Schnelle Lieferung. Jedoch mit klaren Pixel und die Farben weichen vom Bild ab ins grüne. Update 29.3.2024: Wie vom Shop gewünscht habe ich mit dem Kundendienst kontakt aufgenommen. Die haben freundlich und schnell geantwortet. Ich durfte das Produkt nochmals bestellen. Die Farben wurden aber nicht besser. Einen Stern plus für den Kundendienst.

Habe personalisierte Untersetzer als Weihnachtsgeschenk bestellt. Sie sehen super aus und kamen sehr schnell an!! 😊

Vielseitige Auswahl, herrliche Motive. Einzig das Bonus Punkte System dürfte über einen längeren Zeitpunkt gültig sein, als nur über 3 Monate. Nicht immer alle Produkte erhältlich, da wohl saisonal. Schade. Schnelle Lieferung, wenn man nicht zu Feiertagen bestellt. Danke!

On the 23rd August I ordered a gift for a friend's 40th Birthday. I was told I would get it by the 2nd September. Today is the 26th September and I still don't have my item. I have contacted customer service twice and all they tell me is that my order is stuck in production and they have no idea as to when it will be ready. Sadly, won't use smartphoto again.

Bonjour, J'ai commandé un tirage de 145 photos et j'en suis très déçu car la taille des photos ne correspond pas à ce que j'ai commandé ! Tirages de 100 photos, taille 10x15 : reçu 4 photos 10x15 - 2 photos 10x16 - 94 photos 10x13 Tirages de 45 photos, taille 11x17 : reçu 1 photo 11x17 - 44 photos 11x15 Je ne comprends qu'il y est toutes ces tailles différentes ! Sur 145 photos seulement 5 photos sont correctes !! J'espère que le service client sera à la hauteur et que j'aurai une nouvelle impression avec les bonnes tailles !
