Slingsby – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE ! I placed an order 1 month ago and still waiting for it to get delivered No communication at all ! If you are thinking of wasting your time and money by purchasing from Slingsby than you will be just 1 more victim like myself and others please DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

I bought a 2500kg pallet truck. The lads at work used it to move a generator weighing 1440kgs. Basically the arms on the back of the truck have twisted and sprained. The guys using the truck, have no need to lie. They know I'd stand on anyway. I took the truck back to Slingsby's and having almost completed an investigation, they have said there will be no refund. What I'd like to know is, has anyone else had a similar problem. Personally I would of thought there would be a release valve or fail safe to prevent failure. I'm not one for kicking off about things. A part refund would of been acceptable. Not particularly happy. I can't fault the attitude of the staff - just not happy with the end result.

As a business when you order something it because its required. To then have to chase an order 4 times and then finally receive after 3 weeks is a tad excessive. I'll certainly not use this company again.

Great customer support, they are trying to resolve every issue.

I cannot understand why this Company is not highly rated. I have the highest praise for their excellent prices and service and would not hesitate to recommend them. My experience with Slingsby has been very good and I rate them 1st class. I placed my order on Wednesday this week and received my order the following day. This is the best and fastest delivery I have experienced in the last five weeks, and consider it excellent service given the current crisis situation.
